Replacement

Don’t worry if you receive damaged, counterfeit, or wrong products. This happens rarely. You'll get an immediate replacement without any extra cost to you. Make sure you don't unseal the jar and take photos of the box, invoice and sealed jar.

Fast Process

We process your order within 24 business hours and mail you an invoice & tracking details within 24 business hours. Due to unforeseen circumstances, your order or courier may be delayed. Your support is much appreciated.

Fast And Free Shipping

We ship through an express courier in India, and you’ll get your delivery within two to five business days without additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) option.

Returns And Refund

If you change your mind and want to cancel, return, or exchange your purchase, please send us the sealed product within ten days from the order date and get a refund, we will deduct Rs 300 for 800G variant & Rs 500 for 1600G variant per quantity against the delivery and pickup charges. We don’t replace the order or refund the money if we find fraudulent activity.

File a Complaint

If you have product related complaint then we need a detailed video before and after opening the package. If you have delivery, payment, product, or any other issue then you can file a complaint within 2 business days after the payment, or delivery of the product.

For your convenience, we work with reputable third-party logistics partners, including Amazon Shipping and India Post, to ensure secure and swift shipping based on your location. Please note, however, that once a package is in transit, its delivery timeline may be impacted by the shipping provider’s policies and unforeseen delays, such as weather, regional restrictions, or operational challenges.

While we do our utmost to prevent any inconvenience, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. In case of a delay, our support team will work closely with the shipping provider to keep you updated and ensure the earliest possible resolution. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues, and we will address them as a priority.

Limitations of Liability and Compensation

While we strive to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of every order, DREXSPORT Nutrition Pvt Ltd. shall not be held liable for compensation claims due to delays, misdeliveries, or any third-party logistics issues once a package is in transit. Any unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party provider policies, natural events, or operational challenges, are acknowledged risks in the shipping process.

We are committed to resolving any issues related to your delivery by actively coordinating with our logistics partners. However, please note that monetary compensation is not provided as part of our resolution policy. In cases where a product is delayed or damaged in transit, we will offer assistance through available options such as product replacement, delivery updates, or refunds in line with our stated policies.
